摘要
目的:分析芳香避秽香囊挥发油的化学成分,为进一步研究中药香囊物质基础提供依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取芳香避秽香囊药粉中的挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法进行测试分析。结果:通过NIST08标准谱图库及人工谱图解析,从芳香避秽香囊挥发油中共检测出32个峰,鉴定了38个化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的68.57%,其主要成分为肉桂醛(24.82%)、广藿香醇(10.80%)、(+/-)-异龙脑(8.00%)、β-葎草烯(6.09%)、α-广藿香烯(3.93%)、δ-杜松烯(2.71%)、桉叶油醇(2.27%)、茅苍术醇(1.75%)、(Z)-石竹烯(1.31%)、针叶烯(1.22%)等。结论:对芳香避秽香囊药粉挥发油的化学成分进行分析可为进一步研究中药香囊作用机制提供科学依据。
Objective To analyze the chemical composition of the volatile oil of Fangxiang Bihui Xiangnang,which may provide a basis for further research on the material basis of balsamifera in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Volatile oil was extracted from Fangxiang Bihui Xiangnang powder by hydrodistillation and tested by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.Results A total of 32Peaks,38 compounds were identified,which accounted for 68.57%of the peak area of the total fractionated fraction of the chromatogram.The main constituents were cinnamaldehyde(24.82%),hopanol(10.80%),(+/-)-isoprotonol(8.00%),β-humulene(6.09%),α-hopanol(3.93%),δ-duponene(2.71%),eucalyptol(2.27%),fesokunol(1.75%),(z)-caryophyllene(1.31%),coniphyllene(1.22%),among others.Conclusion In this study,the chemical composition of the volatile oil of an aroma definable balsamine powder was analyzed to provide a scientific basis for further investigation of the mechanism of action of balsamine in traditional Chinese medicine.
