橡胶木热解过程中气体产物的释放特性分析

摘要 为了研究橡胶木热解过程中释放特性及气体产物化学组成,采用气相色谱质谱联用仪检测添加剂(KCl、CaCl_(2))对海南橡胶木的热解影响,分析其热解产物。结果表明,加入KCl对酚类致癌物质有较好的催化效果。加入CaCl_(2),呋喃类、醛类、酮类等,致癌物质增多,这类物质有利于进一步分解为小分子气体。从减少致癌物方面来说,KCl是较适合的添加剂。 In order to study the release characteristics of gas products during pyrolysis of rubber wood,the mixture of Hainan rubber wood and additives(KCl,CaCl_(2))were tested by GC-MS.The results showed that the addition of KCl additive has a good catalytic effect on the production of phenol carcinogens.The catalytic activity of these substances is obviously affected by CaCl_(2),Furans,aldehydes and ketones and it is also conducive to further decomposition into small molecular gas.KCl is a suitable additive for reducing carcino‐gens.
