摘要
目前,我国经济已由高速发展转入高质量发展阶段,在我国经济建设中,化工工业所占据的比重较大,然而当前化工工业的生产,并没有跟上时代发展的趋势,依旧沿袭了传统的生产模式,故在发展过程中存在各种问题,严重阻碍了化工产业的进一步发展。因此,国家对化工工业的发展也提出了更高的要求,化工工业的核心技术是化工工艺,化工工艺的好坏与否,会直接影响整个化工工业的质量。如果化工工艺没有针对实际情况制定出科学合理的设计方案,没有做好危险因素识别工作,会为整个化工工业埋下较大的安全隐患。为了在更大程度上优化化工工艺,调整传统化学工业结构,解决化工工艺设计中安全层面中所存在的隐患,需要引进化工工艺专业技术人才,加大化工工艺安全设计中危险识别技术的资金投入,对化工工艺相关问题进行仔细分析,以便于有效应对整个化工工艺的安全生产问题,进而保证化工工艺的安全运行,因此本文针对化工工艺安全设计问题进行分析并提出相应的解决措施。
At present,China's economy has changed from high-speed development to high-quality development.In China's economic construction,the chemical industry accounts for a large proportion.However,the current production of the chemical industry does not keep up with the development trend of the times and still follows the traditional production mode.Therefore,there are various problems in the development process,which seriously hinders the further development of the chemical industry.Therefore,the state also puts forward higher requirements for the development of chemical industry.The core technology of chemical industry is chemical process.The quality of chemical process will directly affect the quality of the whole chemical industry.If the chemical process does not formulate a scientific and reasonable design scheme according to the actual situation and does not do a good job in the identification of risk factors,it will bury a large potential safety hazard for the whole chemical industry.In order to optimize the chemical process to a greater extent,adjust the structure of traditional chemical industry and solve the hidden dangers in the safety level of chemical process design,it is necessary to introduce professional and technical personnel of chemical process,increase the capital investment in hazard identification technology in chemical process safety design,and carefully analyze the problems related to chemical process,In order to effectively deal with the safety production problems of the whole chemical process and ensure the safe operation of chemical process,this paper analyzes the safety design problems of chemical process and puts forward corresponding solutions.
