摘要
为了消除危险因素对化工生产的影响、减少化工生产安全事故,对化工工艺设计中危险因素的识别控制进行了研究。首先,对化工工艺定义及其过程进行了分析。然后,结合实际对影响化工工艺安全的物料、管道、装置、线路、环境等因素进行了分析。最后,就如何控制化工工艺设计中的各种危险因素,提出了有针对性的识别控制措施。
In order to eliminate the influence of risk factors on chemical production and reduce the safety accidents of chemical production,the identification and control of risk factors in chemical process design are studied.Firstly,the chemical process definition and its process are analyzed.Then,combined with the actual situation the material,pipeline,device,line,environment and other factors affecting the safety of chemical process are analyzed.Finally,some measures are put forward on how to control various risk factors in chemical process design.
