摘要 化工企业在生产过程中会产生较多对人体健康威胁较大的化学物质,在化工生产和运行中,要注重对生产工艺流程以及各项工艺技术进行控制,提高化工工艺质量控制成效。从当前部分化工企业生产现状中能得出,诸多企业都应用了较为科学化的生产技术,并且发挥出了计算机技术辅助作用,对化工工艺工序进行了全面优化,对生产阶段进行多方位监控。这样能全面提升化工工艺生产效率,及时对工艺生产中存在的危险源进行识别与控制,拟定针对性解决对策,推动我国化工业全面发展。 In the production process of chemical enterprises,there will be more chemical substances that pose a greater threat to human health.In the production and operation of chemical industry,we should pay attention to the control of production process and various process technologies to improve the quality control effect of chemical process.From the current production situation of some chemical enterprises,it can be concluded that many enterprises have applied more scientific production technology,and played a role of computer technology assistance,comprehensively optimized the chemical process,and carried out multi-dimensional monitoring of the production stage.In this way,the production efficiency of chemical process can be improved in an all-round way,the hazard sources existing in the process production can be identified and controlled in time,and the targeted countermeasures can be formulated to promote the overall development of China’s chemical industry.
