硼替佐米联合激素治疗特发性膜性肾病的疗效及对血清TNFRs表达的影响 被引量:2

摘要 特发性膜性肾病(idiopathic membranous nephropathy,IMN)是成人诱发肾病综合征、终末期肾病的重要因素[1]。临床上主要治疗方式包括环磷酰胺、激素以及免疫抑制类药物,但是通过免疫抑制剂在提高肾脏的长期存活率方面并不明确,一线治疗方案尚存争议[2]。近几年蛋白酶体抑制剂在IMN的治疗价值备受关注[3]。硼替佐米作为蛋白酶抑制剂,能够诱导内质网应激促使未折叠蛋白质的积累,抑制浆细胞及相关炎性反应[4]。本文探讨硼替佐米联合激素治疗特发性膜性肾病及其对血清TNF受体(TNFRs)的表达影响。
