摘要
本文遵循动机—行为逻辑,采用扎根理论和多案例研究方法,借助NVivo 12 Plus软件,对湖北省十家科技成果转化示范机构进行探索性分析;通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,提炼出利益共享激励机制与风险共担激励机制两个主范畴、非经济性激励等四个次范畴,以及荣誉激励、职位晋升等十个初级范畴,构建科技成果转化机构利益共享与风险共担的集成激励机制。本文的研究结论可为政府部门出台科技成果转化激励政策提供理论依据,为科技成果转化机构激励机制设计提供行动指南。
This article follows the logic of“motivation-behavior”,uses grounded theory and multi-case research methods,and uses the software NVivo 12 Plus to conduct an exploratory analysis of 10 scientific and technological achievements transformation demonstration institutions in Hubei Province.Through open coding,main axis coding and selective coding,we have refined two main categories of benefit-sharing incentive mechanism and risk-sharing incentive mechanism,four sub-categories such as non-economic incentives,and 10 primary categories such as honor incentives and job promotion.The article builds an integrated incentive mechanism for the formation of scientific and technological achievements transformation institutions for benefit sharing and risk sharing.It provides a reference for government departments to issue incentive policies for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,and provides guidance for the design of incentive mechanism for scientific and technological achievements transformation institutions.
