摘要 Diabetes mellitus(DM) is a chronic metabolic disorder characterized by a combination of hyperglycemia, reduced insulin sensitivity, and/or relative impairment of insulin secretion[1]. Renal damage, which is a major microvascular complication of DM and a progressive kidney disease, has been considered the most common cause of end-stage renal disease[2]. Renal fibrosis is a common outcome of progressive renal damage.
