摘要
静电放电测试模型使电子元器件的抗静电损伤技术得到了长足发展。本文在对国内外静电放电测试模型标准制定技术组织及标准进行调研分析的基础上,对人体模型(HBM)、机器模型(MM)、带电器件模型(CDM)、人体金属模型(HMM)、传输线脉冲(TLP)、瞬时闭锁(TLU)标准及相关关系进行分析研究,获得相关研究结论并提出对策建议,为我国静电防护技术与标准的发展提供技术支撑。
Thanks to the electrostatic discharge test models, great progress has been made in the aera of electrostatic protection technology for electronic components. Based on the investigation and analysis of the standards development organizations and their standards, this paper analyzes and studies the standards on Human Body Model(HBM), Machine Model(MM), Charged Device Model(CDM), Human Metal Model(HMM), Transmission Line Pulse(TLP), Transient Latch-up(TLU) and their relations. It obtains related conclusions and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions,which will provide technical support for the development of electrostatic protection technology in China.
