摘要
本文综述了静电防护工程学的诞生背景,介绍了这门新兴学科的研究内容和特点。静电防护工程学是研究静电危害及其防护工程的一门交叉学科,它以电子、石油化工、火炸药、粉体工业、纺织、建材、检测计量、管理等领域的静电防护标准为知识载体。静电防护工程学以静电学和电磁场理论为基础,面对复杂的环境以及各种非理想情况,很多现象在理论上难以解释,所以常常以工程化的方法解决实际问题,所以它属于工程技术学科。它利用标准化的方法,形成了静电防护知识体系、标准体系、产品体系和科学仪器。
This Paper discusses the generation background of electrostatic protection engineering and introduces the research contents and characteristics about this emerging discipline. Electrostatic protection engineering is an interdisciplinary science, studying the electrostatic hazards and protection engineering based on the knowledge of standards in electronics, petrochemical, explosive, powder industry, textile, building materials, measurement and metrology, management. Based on the electrostatic and electromagnetic theory, electrostatic protection engineering is a part of engineering and technology, because the practical problems can be solved by engineering methods rather than scientific theory in the case of complex environment and non-ideal condition. By using standardization method, electrostatic protection engineering has been developed into the knowledge system, standard system, product system and scientific instrument related to electrostatic protection.
