摘要
对静电以及静电放电产生的原因和破坏机制进行了概述,根据静电产生的机理提出了采用静电接地、静电包装以及空气加湿等防护措施,对于电子仪器生产行业的静电防护提供了有益的参考。
With the rapid development of electronic technology, the static does more and more harm to the electronic instruments. The cause of electricity and electrostatic discharge production, and the mechanism of destroying are summarized. The method such as ESD grounding, ESD packaging and air damping are proposed. Then a benefic effect of electrostatic protection is offered to the manufacturing of electronic instruments.
