摘要
通过采用座谈会及调查问卷等形式,从岗位、职业规划、培训、生活等方面着手,对南钢近三年新入职员工满意度情况进行了详细调研,分析制约满意度提升的突出问题。同时,从职业规划、培训、沟通、生活配套等方面,提出了改进建议,帮助南钢提升新入职员工满意度,助力南钢“十四五”战略目标的顺利实现。
Through seminars,questionnaire and other forms,this paper makes a detailed investigation on the satisfaction of new employees in NISCO recruited in recent three years from the aspects of position,career planning,training and living,and analyzes the prominent problems restricting the improvement of satisfaction.At the same time,from the aspects of career planning,training,communication,living support,etc.,improvement suggestions are put forward to improve the satisfaction of new employees and help the company to successfully achieve its"14th Five-Year Plan"strategic goals.
