摘要
采用整体随机抽样的方式对1423名中国大学生施测艾森克人格问卷、情绪状态评定量表、正念注意觉知量表和情绪创造力问卷,以探究神经质和负性情绪的关系,以及特质正念和情绪有效性在二者间的作用。结果显示:(1)神经质、负性情绪、特质正念和情绪有效性之间的相关关系显著;(2)神经质显著地正向预测负性情绪,而特质正念与情绪有效性均显著地负向预测负性情绪;(3)特质正念和情绪有效性在神经质与负性情绪之间起链式中介作用。因此,得出结论:神经质不仅可以直接地影响负性情绪,也可以通过特质正念和情绪有效性间接地影响负性情绪。
To explore the relationship among neuroticism,negative emotions,trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness,we investigated the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire,Profile of Mood States,Mindful Attention Awareness Scale and Emotional Creativity Inventory of 1,423 Chinese college students who were chosen by overall random sampling.(1)There were various significant correlations among neuroticism,negative emotions,trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness.(2)Negative emotions were predicted positively by neuroticism,and negatively by trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness.(3)Trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness played multiple mediation effects between neuroticism and negative emotions.Hence,neuroticism can affect negative emotions directly,and indirectly through trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness.In sum,these findings suggest a potential mechanism how neuroticism influences negative emotions,and provide a therapeutic target for which the interventions based on trait mindfulness and emotional effectiveness may take effect to improve negative emotions.
