摘要
为提高棉纺企业的产品质量、减少库存、降低消耗,介绍了精益生产的原理和精益生产管理的4个基本方法,即:持续改善、“6S”管理、TPM生产维护和“QC”小组质量控制;从实现企业管理目标、缩短产品周期与减少库存、培养发现和解决问题能力以及减少产品质量差异等方面详细分析精益生产管理的效果;以控制CJ 3.1 tex纺纱断头为例,表明采用精益生产管理方法,可将纺纱断头控制在4%以内,降低劳动强度。指出:精益生产管理是一种全面质量管理,是一种全员参与的管理模式,应更加追求产品质量的精益化,需要执行有效的质量管理活动,其推进是一个长期的过程,要结合企业自身特点,才能降低成本、提高质量。
In order to improve product quality,reduce inventory and consumption of cotton textile enterprises,the principle of lean production and four basic methods of lean production mana gement are introduced,including continuous improvement,“6S”management,TPM production and maintenance and“QC”group quality control,and the effects of lean production management is analyzed in detail from achieving enterprise management objectives,shortening the product cycle and reducing inventory,cultivating the ability to find and solve problems,and reducing product quality differences,etc.The case of CJ 3.1 tex spinning breakage control shows that the spinning breakage can be controlled within 4%and labor intensity can be reduced by using lean production management method.It is pointed out that lean production management is a kind of total quality management,and it is a management mode with the participation of all staff.It is necessary to pursue lean product quality and carry out effective quality management activities.Its promotion is a long-term process,and it is necessary to combine with the characteristics of enterprises to reduce costs and improve quality.
