摘要
制定科学的备件库存,充分发挥备件的生产支持作用,使备件品种及数量配置最优,同时减少维修成本,已成为许多生产制造类企业面临的关键课题。备件库存管理的研究众多,但大多集中于设备投入生产后的备件库存研究,以达到维修的及时性及成本的最低化。本文探讨项目建设初期,规划设备备件库存管理的重要性及措施,有利于科学制定备件库存,充分发挥备件的作用,降低维修成本,达到优化备件库存管理及减少库存备件成本的目的。
Formulating a scientific spare parts inventory,giving full play to the role of spare parts production support,optimizing the variety and quantity of spare parts,and reducing maintenance costs at the same time,has become a key issue faced by many manufacturing enterprises.There are many researches on spare parts inventory management,but most of them focus on the research on spare parts inventory after the equipment is put into production,in order to achieve the timeliness of maintenance and minimize the cost.This article discusses the importance and measures of planning equipment spare parts inventory management in the early stage of project construction,which is conducive to scientifically formulating spare parts inventory,giving full play to the role of spare parts,reducing maintenance costs,and achieving the purpose of optimizing spare parts inventory management and reducing inventory spare parts costs.
