微小RNA检测在胃癌和食管癌诊疗中的意义 被引量:2

Significance of microRNAs detection in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer

摘要 目的探讨微小RNA(microRNAs)检测在胃癌以及食管癌中的诊断和治疗意义。方法选取2017年12月至2020年12月间榆林市第二医院收治的32例胃癌患者和28例食管癌患者为研究对象,分别检测其癌组织和癌旁组织microRNA-491和microRNA-627的表达水平,并实施组间差异性比较。而后分别绘制microRNA-491和microRNA-627对胃癌和食管癌的诊断受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线,计算其曲线下面积(AUC),评估上述microRNAs对胃癌和食管癌的诊断治疗价值。结果胃癌组织和食管癌组织中的microRNA-491和microRNA-627表达水平均高于癌旁组织,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P <0.05)。经分别绘制microRNA-491和microRNA-627对胃癌和食管癌的诊断ROC曲线可以得到,microRNA-491和microRNA-627对胃癌诊断AUC分别为0.9425(95%CI为0.8617~1.000,P <0.01)和0.9460(95%CI为0.8619~1.000,P <0.01),microRNA-491和microRNA-627对食管癌诊断AUC分别为0.9709 (95%CI为0.9271~1.000,P <0.01)和0.9141(95%CI为0.8059~1.000,P <0.01)。结论 microRNAs对胃癌和食管癌有较好的诊断价值,microRNA-491和microRNA-627在癌组织和癌旁组织中表达差异较大,且对胃癌和食管癌有较高的鉴别意义。 Objective To explore the diagnostic and therapeutic significance of microRNA in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer. Methods Thirty-two patients with gastric cancer and 28 patients with esophageal cancer were selected at Yulin Second Hospital from December 2017 to December 2020. The expression levels of microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 were detected,respectively in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues and the differences were compared between groups. Then,the receiver operating characteristic( ROC) curves of microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 were drawn for gastric cancer and esophageal cancer,respectively,and their area under the curve( AUC) were calculated. The significance of microRNA in the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer was assessed. Results The expression levels of microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 were significantly higher in gastric cancer and esophageal cancer tissues than in paracancerous tissues( all P < 0. 05). By drawing ROC curves of microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 for the diagnosis of gastric cancer and esophageal cancer,the AUC of microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 was 0. 9425( 95% CI 0. 8617 to1. 000,P < 0. 01) and 0. 9460( 95% CI 0. 8619 to 1. 000,P < 0. 01),respectively for the diagnosis of gastric cancer,and 0. 9709( 95% CI 0. 9271 to 1. 000,P <0. 01) and 0. 9141( 95% CI 0. 8059 to 1. 000,P < 0. 01),respectively for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer. Conclusion microRNAs has a good diagnostic value for gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.Taking microRNA-491 and microRNA-627 as examples,the expression of these two microRNAs is quite different in cancer tissues and paracancerous tissues,and it has a high differential significance for gastric cancer and esophageal cancer.
