摘要
目的探讨早期肠内营养治疗食管癌术后患者的临床疗效。方法 232例食管癌术后患者分为两组。对照组112例给予肠外营养治疗。观察组120例给予早期肠内营养治疗。治疗1周后比较两组的血浆白蛋白和前白蛋白水平、肛门首次排气时间以及并发症的发生情况。结果 1周后观察组血清白蛋白、前白蛋白均高于对照组,肛门首次排气时间早于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期肠内营养有利于改善食管癌患者术后营养状态,促进胃肠功能恢复和减少并发症发生。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of early enteral nutrition in postoperative patients with esophageal cancer. Methods Two hundred and thirty-two postoperative patients with esophageal cancer were randomly divided into control or treatment group. The control group (n = 112) was treated with total parenteral nutrition while the treatment group (n = 120) was treated with early enteral nutrition. The levels of serum albumin and prealbumin, the time of anal exsufflation and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results Seven days after the operation, the levels of albumin and prealbumin in the treatment group were higher than that in the control group. The time of anal exsufflation in the treatment group was earlier than that in the control group. The incidence of complications in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P 〈0. 05 ), Conclusion Early postop- erative enteral nutrition can improve the whole body nutrition, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function and decrease the inci- dence of postoperative complications when compared with parenteral feeding.
