CD133、SLP-2蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及与其临床病理特征的相关性分析 被引量:1

Expressions of CD133 and SLP-2 Proteins in Skin Squamous Cell Carcinoma and Their Correlations with Clinicopathological Characteristics

摘要 目的探讨CD133、SLP-2蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及与其临床病理特征的相关性。方法回顾性分析2016年3月至2018年3月本院所收治的51例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者的临床资料、随访资料,对患者的肿瘤组织蜡块及这一时期在本院整形手术中获取的正常皮肤组织样本进行取样检验,采用KM法分析生存期并绘制生存曲线,Cox比例风险回归模型分析影响皮肤鳞状细胞癌的预后因素。结果CD133、SLP-2蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中呈高表达,且皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者组织中CD133、SLP-2的阳性表达率明显高于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05);CD133、SLP-2蛋白表达与皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者的组织分化程度、临床分级以及淋巴结转移情况有关(P<0.05);与年龄、性别及肿瘤大小等病理参数无关(P>0.05);2年随访结束后,51例皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者2年总生存率为82.35%(42/51)。经KM法计算,CD133低表达组、高表达组平均生存期分别为33.31个月、21.92个月,SLP-2蛋白低表达组、高表达组平均生存期分别为33.08个月、21.71个月,生存分析显示CD133低表达组、SLP-2蛋白低表达组生存期较长(P<0.05)。经Cox模型分析得出,CD133、SLP-2蛋白的高表达、组织中低分化、临床分级III~IV级以及淋巴结发生转移是影响皮肤鳞状细胞癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论CD133、SLP-2蛋白的高表达与皮肤鳞状细胞癌的发生发展紧密相关,在临床上可作为评估皮肤鳞状细胞癌病患者预后的标志物之一。 Objective To explore expressions of CD133 and SLP-2 protein in skin squamous cell carcinoma and their correlations with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The clinical data and follow-up data of 51 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma who were admitted to our hospital from March,2016 to March,2018 were retrospectively analyzed.Patient’s tumor tissue and normal skin tissue samples in the plastic surgery in our hospital during this period were sampled and tested.KM method was performed to analyze the survival period and the survival curve was drawn.Cox proportional hazards regression model was conducted to analyze the factors affecting the prognosis of squamous cell carcinoma of the skin.Results CD133 and SLP-2 proteins were highly expressed in skin squamous cell carcinoma.The positive expression rates of CD133 and SLP-2 in the tissues of patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma were significantly higher than those in normal skin tissues(P<0.05).The expressions of CD133 and SLP-2 proteins were related to the degree of tissue differentiation,clinical grade and lymph node metastasis in patients with skin squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).But they were not related to pathological parameters such as age,gender and tumor size(P>0.05).After follow-up for 2 years,the overall 2-year survival rate of 51 patients with cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was 82.35%(42/51).KM calculation showed that the average survival time of the CD133 low expression group and high expression group were 33.31 months and 21.92 months,respectively,and the average survival time of the SLP-2 protein low expression group and high expression group were 33.08 months and 21.71 months,respectively.Survival analysis showed that the CD133 low expression group and the SLP-2 protein low expression group had a longer survival period(P<0.05).Cox model analysis showed that high expressions of CD133 and SLP-2 protein,medium and low differentiation of tissues,clinical grade III to IV,and lymph node metastasis were independent risk factors
