摘要
目的探讨NF-KB p65蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选自我院于2015年1月至2018年1月期间皮肤鳞状细胞癌行手术切除的皮肤鳞状细胞癌组织标本53例作为研究对象(研究组);另选自我院于2015年1月至2018年1月正常皮肤组织30例作为对照组。采用免疫组化法检测NF-kB p65蛋白表达。比较两组NF-kB p65蛋白阳性表达情况,不同性别、不同年龄、不同临床分期及不同分化程度NF-kBp65蛋白阳性表达情况。结果研究组NF-kBp65蛋白阳性率高于对照组,且有统计学差异(P<0.05);不同性别和不同年龄皮肤鳞状细胞癌NF-kBp65阳性表达率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);临床分期III^IV期皮肤鳞状细胞癌NF-kBp65阳性表达率高于I^II期,低分化皮肤鳞状细胞癌NF-kBp65阳性表达率高于高、中分化,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 NF-KBp65蛋白在皮肤鳞状细胞癌中呈高表达,且随着病情加重表达越高,认为可作为判断病情程度和治疗的新靶点,值得临床借鉴。
Objective:To investigate the expression and clinical significance of NF-KB p65 protein in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma. Methods:53 cases of skin squamous cell carcinoma were selected from January 2015 to January 2018 in our hospital,and 30 cases of normal skin tissues from January 2015 to January 2018 were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of NF-kB p65 protein. The positive expression of NF-kB p65 protein in two groups was compared,and the positive expression of NF-kB p65 protein in different sex,different age,different clinical stages and different degree of differentiation. Results:The positive rate of NF-kB p65 protein in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The positive rate of NF-kB p65 in the squamous cell carcinoma of the skin of different sex and different age was not statistically different(P>0.05),and the positive rate of NF-kB p65 positive in III^IV stage squamous cell carcinoma of III^IV stage was higher than that of I^II and low differentiation. The positive expression rate of NF-kB p65 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was higher than that in high and medium differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusion:NF-KB p65 protein is highly expressed in the squamous cell carcinoma of the skin,and the higher the state of the disease is,the higher the expression is,it is considered as a new target for judging the degree of the disease and the treatment. It is worthy of clinical reference.
