CD133和miR-145在卵巢上皮癌组织中的表达及其临床病理特征及预后的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 卵巢癌是女性常见恶性肿瘤,发病隐匿,不易被发现,一旦确诊大多已发展到晚期。临床上通过手术、术后辅助治疗等延长卵巢癌患者生存期,但5年生存率依然较低。随着临床对卵巢癌的认识不断加深,认为肿瘤干细胞与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。
