摘要
为构建高职学生综合素质的评价体系,充分考虑科技进步对新时期技术技能人才的素质要求,从思想道德、学生主体性、核心基础素质、发展素质、创新素质、学习效果6个方面构建二级综合评价指标,采用改进的层次分析法计算指标权重,在此基础上,采用灰统计构建综合评价模型。将上述指标体系及综合评价模型应用于高职学生综合素质评价实践中,证明上述综合评价体系科学易用、评价结果准确。
In order to construct the comprehensive evaluation system for higher vocational students and fully consider the new requirements of the scientific and technological development on the technical talents in the new era,this paper constructs a two-grade comprehensive evaluation index from six aspects:ideology and morality,students subjectivity,core basic quality,development quality,innovative quality and learning effect,and calculates the weight of the index by the improved analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and on this basis,estabishes the comprehensive evaluation model by grey statistics.The index system and the comprehensive evaluation model above are applied to the practice of comprehensive quality evaluation for higher vocational students,which is proved that such evaluation system is scientific and facilitated and that the evaluation results are accurate.
