摘要
针对平台治理模式下施工污染监管信息的传输流程,基于Shannon通信模型和Petri网构建了监管信息传输模型。界定和比较了平台治理模式下施工污染监管信息的传输方向、流经要素和状态变迁事件,并利用南京市渣土车出场冲洗监管平台对模型进行了解释。结果表明,平台治理模式下监管信息传输的要素和事件都会对信息质量产生影响。研究为进一步挖掘监管信息质量的影响因素及平台治理的作用路径提供了理论基础。
In order to study the information transmission process of construction pollution supervision under platform governance,an information transmission model of construction pollution supervision was firstly constructed based on the Shannoncommunication model and the Petri network.Secondly,the flow directions,flow elements and state change events of supervisoryinformation over construction pollution under traditional and platform governance were defined and compared.Finally,the modewas further expounded in combination with the supervision work of muck truck washing in Nanjing.The results showed that theelements and events of supervised information transmission under platform governance will affect information quality.This researchprovides a theoretical basis for further exploring the influencing factors of information quality and the action path of platformgovernance.
