摘要
在知识经济时代,高新技术成为社会发展的核心动力。这种新趋势要求高校对创业人才的培养进行供给侧结构性改革,由培养生存型、机会型创业人才向培养科技型创新创业工程人才转型。加州大学伯克利分校作为世界知名的创业型高校,以战略性创业目标为向导,开发项目式课程、独创BMoE创业教学法,积极开展跨学科创业教育项目,并成立产学研创结合机构,将创业教育融于工程教育,致力于培养创新创业型工程人才。审视加州大学伯克利分校工程学院开展创业教育的特点,我国要厘清创业教育在工程教育中的地位;以跨学科人才培养为引领,扩大创业教育的实施空间;利用卓越工程师培养计划,为创业教育的实施搭建沟通桥梁。
In the era of knowledge-based economy, high and new technology has become the core power of social development. This new trend requires colleges and universities to carry out supply-side reform in the cultivation of entrepreneurial talents, transforming from the cultivation of survival and opportunity entrepreneurial talents to the cultivation of science and technology innovation and entrepreneurship engineering talents. At the university of California, Berkeley, as a world famous entrepreneurial universities, a strategic business goals to guide, development course, original BMoE entrepreneurship teaching method, active interdisciplinary entrepreneurship education project, and set up a combination, will venture education into engineering education, to cultivate the innovative entrepreneurial engineering talent. By examining the characteristics of entrepreneurship education in engineering school of University of California, Berkeley, China should clarify the status of entrepreneurship education in engineering education. Taking interdisciplinary talent training as the guidance, expanding the implementation space of entrepreneurship education;The excellent engineer training program is utilized to build a bridge between internal and external communication for the implementation of entrepreneurship education.
