摘要
通过分析现阶段模具课程传统实践教学过程中存在的不足,开发了模具虚拟拆装实训工场教学平台。该平台功能全面,通过虚拟模具的模拟仿真拆卸组装与交互式操作为学生提供了良好的模具装配学习环境,实现在模具专业课程中模具拆卸与装配实训环节的教学,有效打破了传统模具课程教学中模具实体教具存在的局限,并且激发了学生对模具装配的学习兴趣,方便实践教学;此外,还可通过平台模具运动仿真动画演示模具工作原理与装配过程,学生能够对其相关理论知识有更深的理解。
The shortcomings in the traditional practice teaching process of the mold course were analyzed,and a teaching platform for the virtual disassembly and assembly training workshop of the mold was developed.The platform has comprehensive functions.It provides students with a good mold assembly learning environment through the simulation of virtual mold disassembly and assembly and interactive operation,achieves the teaching of mold disassembly and assembly training links in the mold professional course,which effectively solve the constraints of the physical teaching aids of molds in the traditional mold teaching.It can stimulate students interest in mold disassembly and assembly,and at the same time facilitate practical teaching.In addition,the working principle of the mold and the process of disassembly and assembly can be demonstrated through the platform mold motion simulation animation,so that students can have a deeper understanding of its related theoretical knowledge.
