摘要
调整高等教育结构,优化产业结构,推动高等教育结构与产业结构协调发展是实现京津冀协同发展的应有之义。基于2008-2017年的面板数据,运用耦合协调模型对京津冀高等教育结构与产业结构的发展现状以及两个系统之间的协调程度进行比较与测度,发现京津冀三地高等教育结构与产业结构存在显著的时空差异。为推动京津冀高等教育结构与产业结构协调发展,提出如下建议:坚持习近平的系统思维,建立京津冀高等教育集群;牢牢立足地区功能定位,促进京津冀产业升级转移;紧密结合产业人才需求,推动京津冀高等教育供给侧结构性改革。
Adjusting the structure of higher education,promoting the coordinated development between higher education structure and industrial structure is the proper meaning to realize the coordinated development in BTH areas.Based on the panel data from 2008 to 2017,coupling and coordination model is applied to compare and measure the development status of higher education structure and industrial structure,as well as the coordination degree between the two systems in BTH areas,which finds that there are significantly temporal and spatial differences between higher education structure and industrial structure in BTH areas.To promote their coordinated development between higher education structure and industrial structure,the following suggestions are put forward:adhering to Xi Jinping's systematic thinking,and establishing higher education cluster in BTH areas;firmly basing on the regional functional orientation,and promoting the upgrading and transfer of industry there;closely combining the demand for industrial talent,and promoting the supply side structural reform of higher education in BTH areas.
