摘要
实践教学是高职教学质量评价的重要环节,当前,高职实践教学评价体系存在重视程度不够、行业企业导师参与师资与课程建设缺乏、利益相关者参与度不够等问题。在利益相关者理论的指导下,高职院校应依据利益相关者受影响程度和利益诉求的标准遴选高职实践教学评价主体和评价内容,并结合实践教学类型的不同特性确定评价方式,构建社会多元主体参与的高职实践教学质量评价体系。
Practical teaching is an important part of teaching quality evaluation in higher vocational colleges.This paper aims at the problems of insufficient attention to the current practical teaching evaluation system,lack of teachers in the industry and enterprises,and insufficient participation of stakeholders.Under the guidance of stakeholder theory,this paper carries on the selection of the main body of higher vocational practice teaching quality,the determination of construction content,the selection of evaluation methods,and the construction of higher vocational practice teaching quality evaluation system.
