矿用筒式永磁耦合器软启动及过载保护特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 永磁耦合器作为一种新型的传动装置应用日趋广泛,是矿用传动设备的新选择。对于恒转矩负载,永磁耦合器具有软启动及过载保护功能,特别适用于刮板输送机及带式输送机,但目前对其软启动及过载保护特性缺乏较为深入的认知,为进一步研究其软启动及过载保护特性,设计并制作6kW筒式永磁耦合器样机,搭建试验平台,试验研究表明脱耦启动相比耦合启动,电机启动时间减少了32%,峰值电流减少了34%,具有更好的软启动性能;过载时应在16s内切断电机电源,或将耦合器调至脱耦状态以保护电机和耦合器。 As a new type of torque transmission device,permanent magnet coupler(PMC)is increasingly widely used,and becomes a new choice of torque transmission equipment for mines.PMC have soft-start and overload protection functions for constant torque loads.They are suitable for scraper conveyors and belt conveyors.However,there is currently a lack of indepth research of their soft-start and overload protection characteristics.In order to further research its soft start and overload protection characteristics,a prototype of a cylindrical permanent magnet coupler(CPMC)with a rated power of 6kW for experimental testing is designed and manufactured,a test bench is set up,the experimental research shows that decoupling start has better soft start performance compared with coupling start,which reduces the motor start time and peak current by 32%and 34%,respectively;the motor power supply or coupling should be cut off within 16s to protect the motor and the coupler.
