摘要
针对传统输送带打滑模型实际应用的不足,建立了考虑离心力及惯性力的输送带打滑动力学模型。运用基于递归算法的有限元软件Recur Dyn,对带式输送机的打滑行为进行了仿真,并与输送带打滑动力学模型进行比较。结果表明:输送带角速度发生突变时,打滑行为开始;输送带两边的张力差值随时间越来越大。仿真结果与传统输送带打滑模型结果存在很大偏差,与建立的输送带打滑动力学模型的计算结果基本一致。
Build belt conveyor's skidding dynamic model which take centrifugal force and inertia force into consideration in allusion to the insufficient practical application of traditional conveyor belt's skidding model. It emulates belt conveyor's behavior of skidding and compared with belt conveyor's skidding dynamic model by using finite element software Recur Dyn which is on the basis of recursive algorithm. The result shows that: conveyor belt started to skid when its angular velocity changed suddenly; as time passed,tension difference at both sides of conveyor belt got bigger and bigger. Simulation result was basically in line with the calculation of belt conveyor's skidding dynamic model,but had a very big deviation between traditional conveyor belt's skidding model.
