基于汽车塑料燃油箱耐火性能试验的万能油箱夹具设计 被引量:2

摘要 随着科技发展,汽车安全性、轻量化及节能环保等性能指标变得尤为重要,汽车塑料燃油箱安全性能是汽车安全性能的关键因素。汽车塑料燃油箱检测方法在国家GB 18296—2001中有规定,燃油箱耐火性能检测是国家强制检验项目,试验中燃油箱夹具的设计尤为重要。文中按照国家标准规定对燃油箱耐火性能试验进行工作机理分析,充分考虑燃油箱在汽车上的安装状态及规格多样性等方面的问题,对燃油箱夹具进行设计,建立30~90 L的万能燃油箱夹具三维模型,并进行三维虚拟模拟及有限元分析,得到最优的设计模型,为实现针对不同规格燃油箱在耐火性能试验中模拟实车安装状态进行检测提供了坚实的保障。 With the development of science and technology,performance indexes such as automobile safety,light weight as well as energy saving and environmental protection become particularly important.The performance of plastic fuel tanks is a key factor in terms of safety performance of automobiles.The detection method is stipulated in the National Standard GB18296—2001,and the fire-resistance test is an item of mandatory inspection.The design of the fuel tank’s fixture in the test is of great importance.In this article,according to the regulations and standards issued by the state,as for the fuel tank,the analysis is conducted on the working principle of the fire-resistance test.The fixture is designed,and the three-dimensional model of the 30-90 L universal fixture is set up.Then,both the 3D virtual simulation and the finite-element analysis are carried out to work out the optimal design model,which provides a solid guarantee for the detection of vehicle installation in the fire-resistance test for different types of fuel tank.
