摘要
翻板路障机作为拦截车辆的安保路障设施,其结构强度、稳定性对于路障机能否正常工作有着极其重要的影响。本文基于平面连杆机构传动原理,设计出一种改进的翻板路障机,并采用有限元对其在非工作状态和工作状态两种工况下进行静力学分析,获取薄弱位置,进而对结构进行优化,以获得较好的设计方案。
As a kind of security facility for intercepting vehicles, the structure strength and stability of roadblock machine are very important to ensure its work successfully. This paper designs the improved roadblock machine based on planar linkage mechanism, and the statics analysis is carried out based on finite element technique under two conditions: non-.working condition and working condition, furthermore, the structure optimization is implemented based the statics analysis results in order to obtain the optimized design scheme.
