摘要
目的探讨茵栀黄口服液、还原型谷胱甘肽联合光疗对新生儿黄疸患者的临床疗效。方法 108例患者随机分为对照组A、对照组B、观察组,每组36例,对照组A给予还原型谷胱甘肽、光疗,对照组B给予茵栀黄口服液、光疗,观察组给予茵栀黄口服液、还原型谷胱甘肽、光疗,疗程7 d。检测临床疗效、光疗时间、症状消失时间、TRF、TBA、TBIL、心肌酶指标(LDH、CK、CK-MB)、肝功能指标(α-GST、ALT、AST)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组A、对照组B(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组光疗时间、症状消失时间短于其他2组(P<0.05),TRF更高(P<0.05),TBA、TBIL、心肌酶指标、肝功能指标更低(P<0.05)。3组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论茵栀黄口服液、还原型谷胱甘肽联合光疗可安全有效地缩短新生儿黄疸患者光疗时间,促进黄疸消退,降低黄疸相关指标水平,改善心肌酶活性和肝功能。
AIM To explore the clinical effects of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and reduced glutathione combined with phototherapy on neonatal jaundice.METHODS One hundred and eight patients were randomly assigned into control group A(36 cases) for 7-day administration of both Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and phototherapy, control group B(36 cases) for 7-day administration of both reduced glutathione and phototherapy, and observation group(36 cases) for 7-day administration of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid, reduced glutathione and phototherapy. The changes in clinical efficacy, phototherapy time, symptom disappearance time, TRF, TBA, TBIL, myocardial enzyme indices(LDH, CK, CK-MB), liver function indices(α-GST, ALT, AST) and incidence of adverse reactions were detected. RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group A and control group B(P<0.05). After the treatment, the observation group displayed shorter phototherapy time and symptom disappearance time than the other two groups(P<0.05), along with higher TRF(P<0.05) and lower TBA, TBIL, myocardial enzyme indices and liver function indices(P<0.05). No significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions was found among the three groups(P>0.05). CONCLUSION For the patients with neonatal jaundice, Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and reduced glutathione combined with phototherapy can safely and effectively shorten phototherapy time, promote the resolution of jaundice, reduce the levels of jaundice-related indices, and improve myocardial enzyme activities and liver functions.
