基于PEWS模式的干预对新生儿黄疸患儿黄疸指数的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探究基于儿童早期预警系统(PEWS)模式的干预对新生儿黄疸患儿黄疸指数的影响。方法选取2020年2月至2022年4月,空军军医大学第二附属医院收治82例新生儿黄疸患儿,以随机数字表法分为研究组、对照组,各41例。对照组施以常规护理,研究组施以PEWS模式干预下的护理方式。记录患儿初次排便时间、黄疸消退时间、胎便转黄时间,使用经皮黄疸仪检测患黄疸指数水平,酶联免疫吸附试验法检测胆红素水平,记录治疗有效率。结果对比对照组,研究组初次排便时间、胆红素、黄疸消退时间、黄疸指数、胎便转黄时间水平降低(P<0.05),体质量差值、身长差值、头围差值、治疗效果水平升高(P<0.05)。结论对新生儿黄疸患儿采用PEWS模式的干预方式进行护理,能改善患儿症状,降低胆红素及黄疸指数水平,提升治疗效果,加快疾病的康复,促进身体正常生长。 Objective To explore the effect of intervention based on the production early warning system(PEWS)model on the jaundice index in children with neonatal jaundice.Methods From February 2020 to April 2022,82 cases Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Military Medical University of neonatal jaundice children were admitted,which were divided into study group and control group,41 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing,and the research group was given the nursing method under PEWS model intervention.The first defecation time,jaundice subsidence time,and hospitalization time were recorded,the jaundice index level was detected by percutaneous jaundice instrument,the bilirubin level was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,and the treatment efficiency was recorded.Results Compared with the control group,the first defecation time,bilirubin,jaundice subsidence time,jaundice index,and yellow meconium time in the study group decreased(P<0.05),and the levels of weight difference,body length difference,head circumference difference,and treatment effect increased.High(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing children with neonatal jaundice using the PEWS mode of intervention can improve the symptoms of children,reduce the levels of bilirubin and jaundice index,improve the treatment effect,speed up the recovery of the disease,and promote the normal growth of the body.
