基于高通量测序的万峰湖水体细菌群落结构分析 被引量:1

摘要 以高通量测序技术分析万峰湖库区上中下游水体不同水层细菌的多样性,共鉴定出细菌门23个,细菌属263个,各水样含共有细菌门13个,共有细菌属107个。Limnohabitans、Ilumatobacter、Rhodoluna、Terracoccus四个属为万峰湖水体优势细菌属。研究显示,地理位置是影响万峰湖水体细菌群落结构的主要因素。万峰湖水体细菌多样性水平为上游<中游<下游;不同水层种属多样性差异不明显。万峰湖水体细菌特异性水平为上游<中游<下游,中层<上层<下层。 This article analyzes the microbial diversity in different water level from upper,middle and lower reaches of Wanfeng Lake.Through high-throughput sequencing technology,23 phyla and 263 genera were identified.There are 13 phyla and 107 genera found in all samples.There are 4 dominant genera in Wanfeng lake which are limnohabitans,ilumatobacter,rhodoluna and terracoccus.According to the research,geographical position is the main influence factor of bacterial community diversity in Wanfeng lake.The bacterial diversities of Wanfeng lake are the upper reaches<the middle reaches<the lower reaches.Diversity difference aren’t obvious in different water layer.The microbial specificities of Wanfeng lake are the upper reaches<the middle reaches<the lower reaches,and the middle layer<the upper layer<the lowest layer.
