深井下层煤回采巷道受采动影响锚固支护承载力规律实测分析 被引量:1

摘要 近距离煤层下层煤回采巷道受到上层煤采动和本煤层工作面开采的双重影响,对巷道稳定产生影响。为了获得大佛寺煤矿下层煤回采巷道受采动应力影响的规律,通过对40111工作面运输顺槽布置测站,将测力计安装在锚杆和锚索,对锚固承载力进行系统的跟踪实测,对承载力规律进行分析,从而得到巷道受力变形特征。经实验结果表明,采动影响范围为超前250 m左右,采动影响强烈的范围约为超前50 m,足够的预应力对锚杆的发挥起明显作用。基于实测分析,提出高强预应力锚杆支护和锚杆-锚索协调支护,在超前位置250 m和超前采动影响强烈的范围内实施补强支护措施的控制技术,对巷道支护方案进行了优化。研究结果为近距离煤层下层煤的回采巷道支护设计提供依据和基础。 The mining roadway of the lower coal seam in the close coal seam was influenced by the mining of the upper coal seam and the mining of the working face in this coal seam,which affected the stability of the roadway.In order to obtain the regularity of the mining stress influence on the roadway in the lower coal seam of Dafo Temple coal mine,the survey station was arranged in the transportation gateway of 40111 working face,the dynamometer installed on the anchor rod and the anchor cable,the anchor bearing capacity was systematically tracked and measured,the law of bearing capacity was analyzed,and the deformation characteristics of roadway were obtained.The results showed that the influence range of mining was about 250 m ahead,and the influence range of mining was about 50 m ahead,sufficient prestress played an obvious role in the development of bolt.Based on the actual measurement and analysis,the control technology of high-strength prestress anchor bolt support and anchor rod-anchor cable coordinated support were put forward.In the range of 250 m advanced position and strong influence of advanced mining,the control technology of reinforcing support measures was implemented,and the support scheme of roadway was optimized.The research results provided the basis and foundation for the support design of mining roadway in the lower seam of the close coal seam.
