摘要
为有效缓解青云煤业采掘接替紧张的问题,以020204轨道顺槽掘进施工为工程背景,采用“等效圆”理论设计顶板支护方案,通过矿压监测掌握围岩变形规律,确定分次支护时机及措施。监测结果表明:较传统掘巷支护工艺顶板、两帮变形量分别增大2.5 mm、1.7 mm,掘进速度提高37.5%,分次支护方案在保障围岩稳定的前提下提高了掘进速率。
In order to effectively alleviate the shortage of excavation and replacement in Qingyun Coal Industry,taking the construction of the 020204 track channel as the engineering background,the"equivalent circle"theory is used to design the roof support scheme.Through monitoring the mine pressure,the deformation law of the surrounding rock is grasped,and the timing and measures of grading support are determined.The monitoring results indicate that the deformation amount of the roof and two sides is increased by 2.5 mm and 1.7 mm respectively compared to the traditional roadway excavation support process,and the excavation speed is increased by 37.5%.The grading support scheme improves the excavation speed while ensuring the stability of the surrounding rock.
