厚煤层双向凹字型布巷系统应用研究

摘要 厚煤层双向凹字型布巷系统是一种新型工作面巷道布置系统,文章以山西西山晋兴能源公司斜沟煤矿为研究背景,将厚煤层双向凹字型布巷研究成果应用到斜沟煤矿21采区工作面,首先,提出了巷道支护方案;其次,通过理论计算并结合前期研究成果,确定了斜沟煤矿21采区厚煤层双向凹字型布巷的工作面主要参数:稳定层距煤层底板8 m,工作面长度300 m,工作面一翼的推进长度3.2~5.5 km,区段煤柱宽度8 m;最后,应用数值模拟分析了厚煤层双向凹字型布巷的巷道围岩稳定性,通过研究掘进期间和采动期间围岩破坏程度和位移特征,表明所设计的支护方案和工作面参数是合理的。 Bidirectional concave type lane roadway system of thick coal seam is a new working face roadway layout system.Taking Xiegou coal mine of Shanxi Xishan Jinxing Energy Company as the research background,this paper applies the research results of two-way concave type roadway of thick coal seam to the working face of Xiegou Coal Mine No.21.Secondly,through theoretical calculation and combined with previous research results,the main working face parameters of thick coal seam two-way concave type roadway layout in Xiegou Coal Mine No.21 are determined:the stable layer is 8 m away from the coal seam floor,the length of the working face is 300 m,the advance length of one wing of the working face is 3.2~5.5 km,and the width of section coal pillar is 8 m.Finally,numerical simulation is applied to analyze the stability of surrounding rock in thick coal seam with bi-directional concave type roadway.The failure degree and displacement characteristics of surrounding rock during tunneling and mining are studied,which shows that the designed support scheme and working face parameters are reasonable.
