摘要
基于世界投入产出表,本文将我国制造业在全球的生产分割情况进行解构,在区分国内国际循环特点的基础上,重点探讨国内生产大循环对我国制造业全球价值链地位提升的作用及内在机理。研究发现:国内大循环体系的建立不仅可以有效抵御国际环境的风险,还可以通过增强创新水平、扩大产业规模和提升贸易出口为我国制造业攀升全球价值链赋能。进一步探究表明,在国际循环中与发展中国家的贸易合作可以有效提升我国制造业的国际竞争优势。因此,在深化国内生产大循环体系的基础上通过更高水平的对外开放联通国外市场,构建双循环发展格局,对提升我国制造业全球价值链地位、实现制造强国建设目标具有重要意义。
Based on the world input-output table,this paper decomposes the production fragmentation of China′s manufacturing industry in the world and distinguishes the characteristics of domestic and international circulations.It explores the influence and acting path of domestic circulation in global value chain mainly.The result shows that:domestic circulation can not only effectively resist the risks of the international environment,but also achieve the upgradation in global value chain of China′s manufacturing by enhancing the level of innovation,expanding industrial scale and improving trade exports.We also find that the cooperation with developing countries in the international cycle can enhance the international competitive advantage of China′s manufacturing industry.Therefore,deepening the domestic circulation to connect foreign market by higher level opening and develop the pattern of dual circulation,which is significant to enhance the status of manufacturing global value chain and build a powerful manufacturing country.
