摘要
结直肠癌是全球死亡率排在第二位的恶性肿瘤,其病程长,预后差,常发生转移、复发,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医在"整体观念、辨证论治"的指导下,多角度辨治结直肠癌,包括从病因方面辨因论治、从病机方面辨机论治、从病性方面辨性论治、从病位方面辨位论治、从分期方面辨期论治、从疾病方面辨病论治、从证候方面辨证论治、从体质方面辨体论治、从经络方面辨经论治。通过对结直肠癌多层次、多角度地分析,方可精准找到疾病的切合点,更好地发挥临床疗效。
Colorectal cancer(CRC) is the second leading malignant tumor in the world.It has a long course of disease, poor prognosis, frequent metastasis and recurrence, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Under the guidance of "holistic concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment",Chinese medicine distinguishes and treats CRC from multiple angles, including treatment based on cause differentiation, treatment based on pathogenesis differentiation, treatment based on pathogenicity differentiation, treatment based on position differentiation, treatment based on stage differentiation;treatment based on disease differentiation, treatment based on syndrome differentiation, treatment based on constitution differentiation;treatment based on meridian differentiation.Through the multi-level and multi angle analysis of CRC,we can accurately find the appropriate point of the disease and give better play to the clinical curative effect.
