摘要
目的探究基于医护一体化理念的综合康复护理对结直肠癌术后患者胃肠功能及营养状态的影响.方法选取该院2019年12月—2021年3月收治的60例结直肠癌患者,按照随机数表法分为30例对照组和30例观察组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用基于医护一体化理念的综合康复护理.比较两组的胃肠功能、营养状态、生活质量、并发症及护理满意度.结果与对照组相比,观察组的首次肛门排气、首次进食、肠鸣音恢复、腹胀消失及首次排便时间均较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).护理前,两组的各项营养状态指标及各维度生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,与对照组相比,观察组的前白蛋白、总蛋白及白蛋白水平均较高,生活质量各维度评分均较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组的并发症发生率为6.67%,低于对照组的26.67%,观察组的护理满意度为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论基于医护一体化理念的综合康复护理能够有效促进结直肠癌术后患者的胃肠功能恢复,改善其营养状态及生活质量,减少并发症,提高护理满意度.
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of medical integration on gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer.Methods A total of 60 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the hospital from December 2019 to March 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)according to random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of medical integration.The gastrointestinal function,nutritional status,quality of life,complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the time of first anal exhaust,first feeding,bowel sound recovery,abdominal distention disappearance and first defecation in the observation group were shorter,and the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no statistically significantdifferences in nutritional status indicators and quality of life scores of all dimensions(P>0.05);after nursing,compared with the control group,the levels of prealbumin,total protein and albumin in the observation group were higher,and the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were higher,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction in the observation group was 96.67%,higher than 73.33%in the control group,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive rehabilitation nursing based on the concept of medical integration can effectively promote the gastrointestinal function recovery of postoperative patients with colorectal cancer,improve their nutritional status and quality of life,reduce complications,and improve nursing satisfaction.
