摘要
结直肠癌是全球常见的消化道肿瘤之一,对大众健康构成严重威胁。蟾蜍作为一种传统的中药材,《神农本草经》记载其“味辛,寒,主治邪气,破癥坚血,痈肿、阴疮”。现代药理研究证明,蟾蜍及蟾蜍提取物具有广谱抗癌作用,其作用机制涉及抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、逆转肿瘤细胞多药耐药、抑制新生血管生成、抑制肿瘤细胞迁移等方面,在抗胃癌、肝癌、结直肠癌等方面取得一定的研究成果及显著的临床疗效。因此,本文将从中西医的角度阐述对结直肠癌的认识,并总结蟾蜍的有效成分治疗结直肠癌的药理作用机制及临床运用现状,以期为临床诊疗提供有效的思路。
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common gastrointestinal tumors in the world.Relevant data show that the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer remain high,which poses a serious threat to public health.Till now,there is no effective therapy for colorectal cancer.As a traditional Chinese herbal medicine,the toad is pungent in taste and cold in nature recorded by Shennong’s Classics of Materia Medica,and is indicated for removing pathogenic qi,eliminating mass and activating blood,and treating carbuncle,sores and so on.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the toad and its extracts have broad-spectrum anti-cancer effects.And its therapeutic mechanism involves inhibiting tumor cell proliferation,inducing apoptosis of tumor cells,reversing multidrug resistance of tumor cells,inhibiting angiogenesis,and inhibiting tumor cell migration.Certain research achievements have been made in intervening gastric cancer,liver cancer,and colorectal cancer,and significant efficacy has been achieved.In this article,we introduced the acquaintance of colorectal cancer from the perspective of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,and reviewed the status of pharmacological mechanism and clinical application of the effective components of the toad for the treatment of colorectal cancer,so as to further explore the value and significance of toads in the development of drugs against colorectal cancer,and provide thoughts for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
