摘要
充分挖掘高职院校劳动教育的资源,开展好劳动育人工作,培养出德智体美劳全面发展的优秀人才,是新时代高职院校的基本任务与光荣使命。在新时代背景下,高职院校应从实践教学与课堂教学协同发展、隐性教育与显性教育相互融合、虚拟课程与现实课程协同发展的角度出发,深入理解劳动教育的科学内涵、价值意蕴,摸索出劳动育人的实践路径,从而为我国更好地弘扬劳动文化、劳动价值观奠定基础。
It is the basic task and glorious mission of higher vocational colleges to fully tap the resources of labor education in higher vocational colleges,carry out the work of labor education,and cultivate outstanding talents with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,art and labor in the new era.Higher vocational colleges should deeply understand the scientific connotation and value meaning of labor education from the perspective of the coordinated development of practical teaching and classroom teaching,the integration of implicit education and explicit education,and the coordinated development of virtual courses and real courses,and explore the practical path of labor education,so as to lay a foundation for China to better promote labor culture and labor values.
