摘要
以某打磨车间铝粉除尘系统防爆检测项目为例,指出了铝粉除尘现场存在的选型、安装、管理制度缺失等问题,并对上述问题带来的安全隐患进行了分析,提出了相关改善措施和建议。
The explosion proof detection project of aluminum dust removal system in a grinding workshop is taken as an example,and the problems such as selection,installation,and lack of management system in the aluminum dust removal field are pointed out.The risks caused by the above problems are analyzed,and the specific improvement measures and suggestions for the lack of explosion proof knowledge system of relevant employees in existing enterprises are given.
