摘要
通过对铝尘的爆炸机理的分析,探讨铝尘的爆炸条件及针对性的控制措施。研发了铝尘防爆湿法处理工艺设备,设计了在线监测和连锁控制系统,形成了完整的本质安全防爆型解决方案,为消除金属粉尘爆炸隐患奠定了基础。
Analyze the aluminum dust explosion mechanism. Discuss the aluminum dust explosion conditions, as well as control measures on aluminum dust explosion. Developed aluminum dust explosion-proof wet processing equipment, designed an online monitoring and interlocking control system, formed a complete intrinsically safe explosion-proof solution,laid the foundation for removing hidden danger of metal dust explosion.
