摘要
为了防止设备发生粉尘爆炸之后,火焰和冲击波沿着管道传播到别的区域,阻止粉尘二次爆炸的发生,分析了存在粉尘爆炸危险的设备之间的管道上设置隔爆装置的必要性;基于隔爆阀粉尘防爆的功能和相关标准的规范,研究了主动管压式隔爆阀技术,介绍了研制的主动管压式隔爆阀的结构、设计原理及关键技术、测试项目及测试技术,介绍了影响主动管压式隔爆阀关闭时间的因素。最后得到了满足实际应用的产品,为相关技术和相关行业提供技术参考。
In order to prevent the flame and shock wave from spreading along the pipeline to other areas after the dust explosion of equipment, and to prevent the secondary explosion of dust, the necessity of installing explosion isolation valves on pipelines between the equipments with dust explosion risk is analyzed in this paper. Based on the function of dust explosion isolation valve and the relevant standards, technology of active explosion isolation pinch valve is studied in our company;the structure, design principle and key technologies, test items and test techniques of the active explosion isolation pinch valve are introduced, as well as the factors that affect the closing time of the active explosion isolation pinch valve. Finally, the products satisfying the practical application are obtained, which can provide technical reference for related technology and related industries.
