摘要
基于"中国综合社会调查"数据,采用倾向值匹配的方法,系统地分析了职业技术教育的工资回报率变迁情况。研究发现,中等职业技术教育的工资回报率较低,且随着时间的推移,其工资回报优势消失。高等职业技术教育的工资回报率较高,并随着时间的推移进一步提高,十年间高等职业技术教育的工资回报率提升了约7%~9%。基于数据分析的结论,从高等职业技术学校招生、培养方式以及中等职业技术学校建设等方面提出政策建议。
Based on the data of "CGSS", the change of salary return in vocational and technical education is systematically analyzed by using the method of tendentious value matching. The study found that the rate of return on wages in secondary vocational and technical education was low and that the advantage of wage returns disappeared over time. The rate of return on wages in higher vocational and technical education is higher, and with the passage of time, the rate of return on wages of higher vocational and technical education has increased by about 7% to 9% in ten years. Based on the conclusion of data analysis, policy suggestions from the aspects of enrollment, training methods and construction of secondary vocational and technical schools are put forward.
