摘要
论文从性别差异角度入手研究高等教育对劳动收入的影响,即高等教育回报率。使用2013年中国综合调查数据并运用明瑟收入方程和Oaxaca-Blinder分解法分别计算出高等教育收益率和分析导致性别工资差异的背后原因,分别从教育收益率和造成性别工资差异原因两个角度得出研究结论,同时基于实证研究发现提出了一些有关教育和建设劳动力市场的建议。
This paper studies the impact of higher education on labor income from the perspective of gender difference,which is the rate of return of higher education.Using the 2013 China comprehensive survey data and using the Mincer income equation and the Oaxaca-Blinder decomposition method,this paper calculates the return rate of higher education and analyzes the reasons behind the gender wage gap.Finally,this paper draws conclusions from the two aspects of the education return rate and the causes of the gender wage difference,and based on the empirical research findings,we put forward some suggestions on education and the construction of the labor market.
