摘要
目的探讨胃苏颗粒联合三联疗法治疗慢性胃炎患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年5月至2019年3月收治的112例慢性胃炎患者,随机分为两组,各56例,对照组仅采用三联疗法治疗,研究组采用胃苏颗粒联合三联疗法治疗。治疗前后分别对两组患者的主要中医证候积分、胃泌素、降钙素原水平、E-cadherin蛋白、COX-2以及临床疗效进行比较。结果治疗后,研究组的胃脘胀满为(0.83±0.16)分、胃脘疼痛为(0.51±0.14)分、反酸为(0.55±0.14)分、大便稀溏为(0.63±0.17)分、总分为(2.52±0.42)分,对照组分别为(1.73±0.33)分、(1.24±0.47)分、(1.13±0.36)分、(1.92±0.52)分、(6.02±1.44)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的胃泌素、降钙素原水平以及E-cadherin蛋白、COX-2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组的胃泌素、降钙素原水平以及E-cadherin蛋白、COX-2均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率为96.4%,对照组总有效率为87.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性胃炎患者应用胃苏颗粒联合三联疗法治疗的临床疗效明显优于单纯三联疗法治疗。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of weishu granule combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis.Methods A total of 112 cases of chronic gastritis patients admitted from May 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups with 56 cases each.The control group was treated only with triple therapy,while the study group was treated with weishu granule combined with triple therapy.The main TCM syndromes,gastrin,procalcitonin level,E-cadherin protein,COX-2 of the two groups of patients were integrated before and after treatment to judge the clinical efficacy.Results After treatment,epigastric distension(0.83±0.16),epigastric pain(0.51±0.14),reflux(0.55±0.14),loose stool(0.63±0.17)and total score(2.52±0.42)in the study group were(1.73±0.33),(1.24±0.47),(1.13±0.36),(1.92±0.52)and(6.02±1.44)in the control group,respectively(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of gastrin,procalcitonin,E-cadherin protein and COX-2 between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of gastrin,procalcitonin,E-cadherin protein and COX-2 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 96.4%,and that of the control group was 87.5%.The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of weishu granule combined with triple therapy on chronic gastritis is obviously better than triple therapy alone.
