摘要
目的:观察四君子汤加减联合西药治疗慢性胃炎的疗效及其对患者血液流变学指标的影响。方法:将78例慢性胃炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组各39例。对照组给予常规西药口服治疗,观察组加用四君子汤加减治疗,对比两组临床疗效和血液流变学指标变化情况。结果:治疗前,两组血液流变学指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1、2个疗程后两组患者血液流变学指标均有所改善,且观察组改善程度显著大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:西药联合四君子汤加减治疗慢性胃炎的疗效较好,且可明显改善慢性胃炎患者血液流变指标。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis and its effect on the hemorheology indexes. Methods 78 cases of chronic gastritis in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly divided into two groups, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional oral treatment of western medicine, while the observation group was treated with Sijunzi decoction plus or minus treatment. The clinical efficacy and hemorheology indexes of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, There was no statistically significant difference in hemorheology between two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment for 1 or 2 courses, hemorheology indexes of patients in both groups were improved, and the improvement degree in observation group was significantly greater than control group ( P <0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Sijunzi decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis is outstanding. It can obviously improve the hemorheology index of chronic gastritis patients.
