摘要
目的:分析柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性胃炎合并焦虑抑郁患者的效果。方法:2018年3月-2020年3月收治慢性胃炎合并焦虑抑郁患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。研究组采用柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗;对比组选用西药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后临床症状积分、焦虑抑郁评分均低于对比组,且患者满意度评分高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤加减治疗慢性胃炎合并焦虑抑郁患者,更有针对性,能结合患者实际情况合理用药,患者临床症状明显好转,抑郁焦虑状态得到缓解,能够有效缓解紧张焦虑的情绪,提高治疗效果。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction in the treatment of chronic gastritis with anxiety and depression.Methods:From March 2018 to March 2020,80 patients with chronic gastritis complicated with anxiety and depression were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group.The study group was treated with Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction.The control group was treated with western medicine.We compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,after treatment,the clinical symptom score,anxiety and depression score were lower than those in the control group,and the patient satisfaction score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli decoction is more targeted in the treatment of chronic gastritis patients with anxiety and depression,we can use drugs rationally according to the actual situation of patients,the clinical symptoms of patients are obviously improved,depression and anxiety are relieved,it can effectively relieve the tension and anxiety and improve the treatment effect.
