男鞋帮面与足触点压力对穿着舒适性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为探究皮鞋鞋帮结构对足面压力的影响,本文收集302份有效问卷,调研穿着男士正装鞋时不适产生的部位及原因,选取足部跖趾部位外边缘点、跗背部位、外踝骨下端点、后跟4处作为足面感知点。实验采用Pliance-X system压力测试系统,选取20名年龄在24±2.3岁的健康男性作为实验受试者,对穿着三款男士正装皮鞋(内耳式鞋、外耳式鞋、舌式鞋)在静止站立及匀速行走两种状态下各足面感知点的平均峰值压强大小进行测量,进行主观舒适度评价和方差分析。研究表明:行走状态下,三种鞋款跗背部位压强位置未见明显差异,易感疲劳程度为跖趾部位外边缘点>后跟>跗背部位>外踝部位,该研究方案在特征部位、鞋款分类、运动状态显著性显著,为研究帮面压力和足触点提供了参考。站立状态下,舌式鞋跗背部位受压程度最大,内耳式鞋跖趾部位外边缘点、后跟、外踝部位受压程度最大,外耳式鞋压力分布较分散,舒适性较好,可见提高帮面结构开放性可有效提升穿着整体舒适度。 In order to explore the influence of upper structure on foot pressure.In this paper,we collected 302 valid questionnaires to investigate the locations and causes of discomfort when wearing men's formal shoes.Four sites including the outer edge of the metatarsal toe,the tarsal bone,the inferior end of the lateral malleolus and the heel of the foot were selected as the perception points of the foot surfaceThe Pliance-X System pressure test system was used in the experiment.Twenty healthy men aged 24±2.3 years old were selected as experimental subjects to measure the average peak pressure.Twenty healthy men aged 24±2.3 years old were selected as experimental subjects.We measured the average peak pressure of each foot surface perception point when wearing three kinds of men's formal shoes(inner ear shoes,outer ear shoes and tongue shoes)in two states of static standing and uniform walking.The measured data were evaluated by subjective comfort degree and ANOVA.The results showed that:there was no significant difference in the pressure position of the three types of shoes in the walking condition,The order of susceptibility to fatigue was outer edge of metatarsal toe area>heel>dorsal tarsal area>outer ankle area.The research scheme has achieved a good significant difference in the characteristic position,shoe type classification and motion state,which provides a reference for the study of the side pressure and foot contact.In the standing state,the compression degree of the tongue shoe back tarsus is the largest,and the compression degree of the inner ear shoe external edge point of the metatarsal toe,heel and lateral malleolus is the largest.The pressure distribution of the outer ear shoe is more dispersed,and the comfort is better.It can be seen that improving the opening of the upper structure can effectively improve the overall comfort.
